Processing time

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Usually it takes 3-5 business days to prepare your order for shipping.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping cost

We offer free standard shipping (operated by Russian Post)  for all international orders. Free express delivery to EU, USA and Canada  for all orders from 100 USD (operated by DHL Express) . 

Our standard delivery time is within three to four weeks.  Express delivery time is 3-5 business days. A tracking number will be emailed once the shipping label has been created. Please allow a few days from the time you receive the tracking number for any transit data to be updated. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Returns and Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges.  Contact us within: 3 days of delivery. Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery. 

Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 When credit card used that is enrolled in the 3D Secure program the process looks as follows:

1. You enter your credit or debit card information in the payment form
2.The acquiring bank contacts a directory server and gets the message that the card is registered in the program
3.You see the 3D Secure page when they need to authenticate themselves to the issuing bank by entering the password or a one time PIN
4.The result of the 3D Secure authentication goes to paysystem of your bank and then they submit transaction details to the acquiring bank
5.The transaction is authorized by the acquirer
6. You can see the response about whether the transaction is successful or failed
